Backend System Design:
1. The administrator can manually enter the contact information of potential customers and can upload existing contacts from an excel spreadsheet to the CRM system in bulk.
2. The administrator can manually enter properties/buildings with associated detailed information into the CRM system. They can also input basic information about channel partners.The administrator can create an arbitrary number of internal users as needed.
3. The administrator or BDM can choose individual channel partners, available properties/buildings, and separate information for each property (open, reserved, checked out, contract exchange date, deposit received, settled).
4. The system can automatically create online links based on the selected property/building and channel partner. The BDM can copy the link and send it to the channel partner via email, SMS, and WeChat. Once the channel partner successfully completes the linked form, the link will be disabled, and all the information entered by the channel partner will be registered in the CRM system without the need for the BDM to enter the data again.
5. The BDM can manually update the status of each sub-property, such as marking its status from open to signed, marking the contract exchange and deposit received and settled status
